It’s 2012 and if you are looking to improve your health and fitness levels then Kung fu, tai chi and Qi gong are great ways to do it. If you already have a practice or you are just beginning make sure to set reachable short term goals. As you meet your short term goals see where they are getting you closer to your long term goals. Avoid the classic pit falls of over training and outrageous goal setting that can lead to injury. Build a sensible practice that can become part of your way of life. I kept this short so you could get through it quickly and get to work. Now..GET OFF THE TECHNOLOGY AND GET TO WORK!!!

Deconstruction

Yesterday was a big day for White Lion Kung fu. It was so busy that we were not able to post pics till now. Andrew and Mike were a big help and we got a really good start on what needs to be done. The space (what was Hanni’s Sewing) will soon be a great space to train.
